I’ve been experimenting with seeing my workdays as beginning with rest rather than ending in a collapse after a long day.
Last year, we read that quote from Alan Fadling’s book, A Year of Slowing Down: Daily Devotions for Unhurried Living. It really caused us to consider how we live from day to day, and it motivated us to embrace a new rhythm.
How about you, friend? Do you begin your days with rest or collapse in exhaustion at the end of them?
We want to help us all with changing our approach. Join us all month as we focus on REST.
